Naturally I received other quotes for the work needed.
I chose LPM not only because of their fair quote but their CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Since the first job they have been here again for check ups and advice on other issues. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE has never failed to impress me.
In today's climate one of the areas many companies are very lacking in is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have observed this on many occasions; that everyone is in a great hurry, sufficient information is not given and money seems to dominate before good service. I believe where you can find a service that not only offers good product, fair pricing, knowledge and customer service then you have a winner.
This has been my experience with Luke of Luke's Pest Management. He is also willing to spend as much time as needed, not only explaining but imparting knowledge so that you are then able to ask pertinent questions. He discusses options and is helpful just like in the good old days.
So if you are looking for someone to help you with Pest Management you would be far pushed to find a better outfit.
